About Us

Judd is a home grown native East Tennesseean and his wife Rocio (row SEE oh) is originally from the Dominican Republic but has been here for about twenty years so her Dominican accent has a bit of a southern touch to it. 😊

Judd has been in all types of the janitorial/sanitation business since starting his own janitorial business while in college in 1994. He started with commercial office cleaning which branched into all types of floor maintenance, windows, exterior building cleaning, roof cleaning, lawn and landscape, eventually even biohazard and biological spills and contaminates.


Rocio expanded the residential side of the business with homes all over the Knoxville area specializing in large upscale homes in the Farragut, Bearden, and Sequoyah Hills communities. She managed scheduled maintenance cleanings, single purpose cleanings (move outs, move ins, spring cleanings, etc.), and home reorganization.


In 2008 Judd was introduced to new commercial carpet cleaning technology that he quickly implemented into his commercial janitorial accounts. It allowed him to test equipment, chemicals, and methods in almost endless scenarios. The results were vastly superior to the industry standard. Dry times in minutes not hours! Chemistry that allowed carpet to continue to repel dirt long after the initial cleaning. Environmentally safe and more importantly, safe for us!

After consulting the experts in this young field for years Judd became a consultant himself for many adopting this effective and efficient method of cleaning even developing and manufacturing his own chemistry and equipment. He slowly transformed his focus from all things cleaning to specifically commercial carpet. No one cleans commercial carpet better!
